We have used their computer repair services for years, and today Mike came through big time!! He ordered the part I needed right away and even stayed late to accommodate my work schedule. It was a screen repair and it took less than 30 minutes!! My computer is as good as new!! If I could give it 10 stars I would.

My hard drive crashed and I brought it in for repairs. I was a little apprehensive because of the 3 star average review but went in anyway because of location. The initial diagnostics took a little bit but from diagnosing to complete repair was about a week. Mike is a sweetheart. I did lose everything though so public service reminder to back up your stuff! I'd definitely go back here in the future.

Mike helped me out with a battery issue that I was having with my laptop. After diagnosing the problem, Mike was up front about the costs that would be associated with fixing it and ultimately advised that it would be in MY best interest to move on and buy a new laptop. He could have easily given the opposite advice which would have led to more business for him but chose to give guidance that was in the best interest of his customer. I do not come across many business owners these days who are as honest, knowledgeable, and customer-service oriented as Mike. Skip the big box stores and have your computer problems addressed by a true professional.

Mike saved me! I had a major data loss @ work on a raid setup. 3 drives corrupted and 1 drive kaput! Mike sent the drives to data recovery experts and facilitated a complete recovery; expensive but had the data not been recovered we would have had to recreate POS and QB history and would have taken us a month or two to fix, money well spent! He then built us a super-charged machine to act as our server at a very good rate! After these jobs were done Mike then recovered my late Dad's important files (which are priceless) and prepare his old Macbook Pro to pass along to my 83 yr old Mother-in-Law :-) Thank you Mike, you went above and beyond in service, communication and delivering the goods, you Rock!!! A
